Going Turbo
http://www.vecco.net/ this is what i am starting with, it says i need injectors MAF and a long tube h-pipe. what kind/brand Maf should i go with i have a pro-m regulated for 24lb injectors but i was thinking i will need 30lb injectors. some one said something about a blow throw maf?

youll need 2 waste gates, a blow off valve, blow through maf, intercooler, larger injectors, shorty headers (if you dont have them) and a tune. not to mention the turbos themselves and the plumbing.

No tune either. Not with an fmu.

the only thing you need to remember with a turbo is too let the car idle (to cool) for a minute or two before you shut it off (after running it hard). otherwise sludge could build up in the oil lines and starve the turbo of oil. imports use turbo timers to do this automatically, but its not worth the wiring hassle for mustangs.

A fast way to crack an exhaust housing. I did it to one of mine. My friend did it to two in his car. I have pictures too! Still got the housing out in the garage aswell.

do you think i will need some kind of fuel management with that little boost?

Either an FMU or FPR. With the FMU you are good to go after the install, no tune required & you can't tune an fmu anyway. With the FPR you can't run the car until you have had it tuned (unless you are good at guessing). You'll see more power with the FPR & tune.
Im pritty good at tunning stuff, what FMU should i look at? and it does not matter what the temp is out side my car does not move untill my temp gauge says 160, if it is 32 or under outside i let my thermostat open once or twice so i know if anything is frozen. also with the bov's i can get two of them with the kit should i? now what is the diff between a blow off valve and a wastegate? thanks for the help
Heres some good info that might help you out and I just threw some interesting stuff in there too.

ok where can i get a draw thru maf? so this is what i can do in the way of options what would best sute in the way of bov and the wastegates. ok im trying to understand this a little but if i had a draw thru maf with a bov that vented into the atmosphere that would hurn performance? what would be the best bov/wastgate set up for a street car? thanks again for the help

blow thru = maf after the turbo
i would recommend a blow thru setup since you said you're not going to be moving too much air then you can vent the bov to the and its awesome. it scares the hell out of people when they have their windows down. you have a lot of fun. look in my last post and it'll answer your question killing performance because of venting.
ok well i know for shure that is how the kit is set up becuse the maf is on the pressure side of the turbos after the intercooler it is in the fender that is where they put it, then they have weastgates on the turbos i think and a blow off valve somewhere before the maf. and i was thinking a draw thru set up would not work on twin turbos unless that had a pipe connecting the two of them. becuase you would nedd to MAF sensors. also where can i get a blow thru maf? and what fuel managment should i look at? thanks again for the help you guys are really saving me.
Tims88gt, not tryin to steal you thread but im confused. Isn't a blow through maf what you want when you have a turbo. Every set-up I looked at has the maf after the intercooler and then the pipe goes to the throttle body. Also is the main thing that a FMu does is adjust air to fuel ratio?
