Default lugging at 1500rpm

in first and second gear cruising at 1500 rpm, my car will jerk back and fourth, but the higher i go in rpm, it goes away, could this be a vaccume leak?

you must just be learning how a stick....arnt you.............. youll need to give it gas dont drive at 1500rpms

Thats not true at all.... My Car does the exact same thing but it has the B-303, it must be above 2 grand in my car at all times or it starts to bog, like his car is doing.

ive been driving a stick all my life, and ive owned more than one 5.0, this is the only one thats done this, and its not normal ... either it does have the b-303 cam and that is the problem, or there is something else wrong... it should not be rought just driveing slow at 1500 rpm in first gear, the other stangs ive had were able to drive slow in traffic at 1500, and they were smooth sailing

Wellone cheapway to really tell is if its the b cam is to floor it around 3 grand see if it really opens up past 4 and keeps goin till like 6+

it aint the cam... check the componets of the clutch

i guess it just means faster clutch wear in traffic huh? how long does it take an ave, person to do a clutch in an 88gt efi? on a lift and with air tools.... any ideas? and if i went to a centerforce II would i notice any difference in off the line speed? thanks
