245/55/16 is a larger then needed tire

you must of meant a 245/50/16 thats a 25.6 tall tire and a common size
but to get a 26' tall tire you will need a 255/50/16

Maybe you just can't handle the power of a mustang

Get some softer tires and control arms you shouldn't have too many problems getting traction.

how much diff is their between a 245/55/16 and a 245/50/16? and i think you can fit a 27 inch with stock suspension it looks close but it might go in.

MAC makes some decent cheaper priced ones, haven't heard a bad thing about them.

it a 26.6 tall tire compared to a 25.6. personally i would go with 255/50/16 or if i had to 245/50/16
