Thank you for the info big daddyjames. But I think ive decided to just get me some new ones. I think they are on sale now on 50resto.com for like $80.00 which isnt bad at all. Do you guys like all the clear look or the original look?

I've got the original look myself. I wetsanded mine cause parts here in Montreal are super expensive when ordered from the states. And if we buy them here they're even more expensive...

I like the original look myself, especially if you just have your parking lights on..looks pretty mean...!
Did you have to open it to wet sand it or you just did it from the outside of the lamp? Reason I ask is because I think mine is from the inside.

I did it from the outside, right on the car, just be careful. It was on the outside, it almost always is.
