If I were looking for a nice drag car I would go with the fox. If I were looking for a nice beast a$$ street machine (that you could still take to the track) I would go with the Fastback. The fox will also outhandle a 66 anyday of the week but with the right suspension mods you can fix that problem.

not unless u cut on the chock tower a 351w is a tight fit let alone a big block!!

Yes a 460 will fit in a fox using ford motorsport mounts. But the car then becomes a straight driver, and not much of a corner carver...... Also I think the fox will run around the 66 in the corner carving performance area.....

well, other than the fact that you could buy about 5 foxes compared to 1 clean fastback.......

i say fastback.

my next car is gonna be a '65/'66 fb gt

nothing better imo.......for a race car, get a fox, for a really nice car that can be street / strip and turn heads everywhere you go, get the fastback.

i would never overmod a FB though, unless i got a 6 cyl. car and made it a racecar
