5spd LX notch being the fastest around 14.3 and auto GT vert being the slowest around 15.1 everything else is in between, they all have the same engine, only differences comes from tranny and overall weight.

i know quik ran a low 13 with some minor mods not sure if that's what you mean. but that just isn't the norm really, i've never seen it done before, i've seen hig 13s with nothing but full exhaust and gears before but usually a completely stock notch rarely breaks anything faster low 14s.

Regardless of what times quik hit, the car wasn't stock, stock 5spd foxes are low 14's with a good driver and stock AOD foxes are low 15's.

yeah "stock" is a relative term

showroom or bone stock, expect about mid 14's from a 5-speed non 'vert
low 15's in a 5-speed 'vert

hi 14's in an aod, to hi 15's in a aod 'vert

to give you an idea..... i had a '88 notch (cali mass air car) 5-speed.

100% bone stock on street tires went 14.38

my '89 notch 5-speed w/ 4.10's , et streets and LT's went 13.28 NA and 12.52 on a 75 shot stock motor , stock HCI and i considered it stock.

my '90 gt aod went 14.40's w/ stock 3.27 gears and short belt....usually went 14.80's on all stock w/ reg belt.

my '90 lx 'vert aod w/ 3.73's and street tires went 15.10 NA and 13.60 on the 100 shot w/ everything else all stock

my '93 notchback 5-speed w/ 2.73 and et street radials only went 14.60.....i'm hoping the 26 " tire slowed it down , when it hooked it bogged horribly, and when i started to slip the clutch, i could smell it bad so i stopped. switched to street tires, but a guy hit the wall, and they shut it down for the night...i was hoping for a 14.30 in street trim

and those times are pretty typical.....some will go slower , usually trying to drive on street tires, and a 5-speed w/ stock gears has trouble w/ traction......not too many go faster than that though.

I think Quik needs to respond to this thread, he is in the 13's and it would not surprise me if he is in the upper 12's.
