Yeah I'm getting one too - i have a 3/8 spacer i might throw on there too - with the spacer I know it wont fit and I'm really doubting itll fit with just the intake, there isnt too much room for the stock one in the first place

I mean the cobra i can see fitting, but thats good only to 350 horse...the trick flow TFS-51511008 is made for superchargers, turbo and nitrous, but its seems lilke the height is much greater than the stock and cobra intakes.....

Not sure if the stock brace will fit.. but if it doesn't you could always try one from a 96-98 cobra.
I had one on my 95 gt and it actually left a big opening where the intake is. The cross section of the brace covered the distributor.

i just did the gt40/93 cobra intake. and i can barely close my hood. the upper intake touches the insulation. you wont be able to use your strut tower brace with any intake swap you do. they make a strut tower brace that sits around the intake. its made by ford motorsport i believe. check them out. i think its only 100$ or somewhere around there. i have mine off right now and i cant really tell a difference just driving. there is a little difference when i go into the corner. i can feel more body roll. but its nothing major.

Would you need to modify the hood?

i didnt have to modify my hood. i dont think it would close if it was like an inch and a half taller but its just fine under there now. if yall want me to measure how high my upper and lower intake are just let me know...ill go outside and do it before it gets to late out.
