do you kow if that cam is smog legal...?.. how does it compare to say a e303..?

Yeah i decoded most of it just the top part is too hard to read.

under drive pulleys, flowmaster with 2.5? pipes, bbk CAI, bb headers, 3.73 gears, subfram connectors, GT-40 intake manifold, elbow adapter with 65mm TB, MSD coil, and accel racingplugs and 8.8 wires. Thats from top to bottom but I missed a few.
