Hmmmm Probably like 8-9 hours including cleaning the ports, its a pain in the *** to do but its rewarding work, I liek shiney things!

how is the polishing coming? How are you planning on polishing the runners in the ports. with a dremel and sanding wheels or do you have something else you are going to use? Im planning on doing the same thing to my intake this spring

I have a Pen Grinder attachement that goes on to this Craftsman Huge dremel you can say. I can take a pic of the unit that I am doing it with, its a real awesome unit!

As for production I actualy am still wondering if I am painting or polishing it, I haven't done nothing more on the upper at all, I have been getting all the cast off the lower (Way more of a Pain in the *** than the lower) Its retarded how hard the lower is to do! I will post some more pics tonight with my tool, and lower and such!

i say polish the runners. then paint Everything else. eaither the color of the car or a contrasting color..

Well I am from Canada and we have a hardware store called Canadian Tire, they supply their own brand of tools as well! Here is some pics of what I am working with as well as what I have done so far.
