on my 88 coupe, i have chrome saleen 5 spoke wheels, on the rear 17x9, what drag radials can i get to fit without rubbing? i want mickey's but dont think they have a 17 in. that will fit my application. any suggestions? john1614.

 

They make a 275/40/17 so does BFG, I have them on my car.

 

nitto's have 17" dr's too, so you shouldnt have problem finding a set
to work on your car

 

what about the width, what is the max that will fit inside the wheel well without rubbing, arent those 12.5 wide? thanks.john1614.

 

with a fox body, 275's is about as wide as you can go

 

try to get less than 11" wide.

you will need to reverse the quads but they will fit.
