You can go and buy all the powdercoating supplies from Eastwood, but the problem is finding somewhere to bake them. Youd need almost a spare oven, and i definatly wouldnt try to use your normal oven for this.

If you take them to a professional shop, they can probably do it for about 100 bucks a wheel. 400 bucks to freshen up a set of 15 year old wheels seems steep to me.

Even $100 is alot more than I found. I wasn't even looking to powdercoat and I was quoted 30-35 a wheel. Shop around. Tip one of the guys, you'd be surprised how far it goes

I was thinking about powdercoating and I dont remember the places name but they were going to do it for $30 a wheel for black and they charge extra for other colors. Im not sure how much more it was for the other colors but it wasnt that much more. Maybe an extra 5 or 10 a wheel Im guessing

Yea, thats pretty expensive! I only called one place and Im pretty sure it was $30 a wheel BUT it could have been $35, I know it wasnt more than that though. I guess I got lucky with the one place that I called.

looks like i might have to shop around a bit more, because if a wheel is that cheap, i could do a lot of other stuff rather cheaply
