Its a fairly simple swap.
I believe that the vortech supercharger takes up the least amount of room. If you order it for a 94-95 mustang it will sit 1.5 inches closer to the front of the engine and approximatly 2 inches closer on the sidethan an 87-93. Sounds like you need all the extra room you can get. As far as heads and cam go pretty much any 2.02 valve box stock head and a AFM blower cam will get you 460-510 rwhp. There are many different setups that will bring you to the same goal.
You should research the AEM ems, I have been using it for a year and a half. The AEM allows you to use the stock wiring harness.
Good Luck

Can you use the 94-95 SC on a 87-92 engine?
The 87-93 made 225 HP stock and the 94-95 made 215.
is there a simple reason they made less power? Should I be looking for a 94-95 donar car or will any of that matter?
Keep in mind I wont have much room to play with on the sides and front. Most people use the keene bell SC on the monster miatas because the space they take up is negligible. You loose the ability to inter-cool it, but I can use water injection and just set it to spray when the air temp reaches a certain point.
