if you wanna run more than 8 psi in your sc you need to get forged pistons and what not?

Just swap injectors and add a fuel pump and you'll be okay.

^ Agree, you should be OK with that setup. I will be necessary to upgrade the fuel system but w/ everything else you will be fine. Also, you might want to look towards a better cam to fit your needs. The E-Cam will do fine but you could do better.

it all depends on how hard you are on youre engine. plus 8-10 is a safe boost for stock motor. notcie the word safe.
i remember a vid i saw of someone who broke a connecting rod on his block because he was runing too much boost on a stock block. he was beating a ricer or soemthing then it blew

i'd go up to 30lb injectors at least, as for a cam you might be better off getting a custom ground cam
from lunati or someone like that, but i think tfs has a nice blower cam off the shelf

30lb injectors would be a minimum for your combo. 42s would give it some room to grow if you wanted to upgrade heads later. The TFS Stage 1 makes a decent blower cam and is a little better than the Ford F cam that costs roughly the same. For the next higher step in cams, an Anderson B series cam is nice (just don't buy an Anderson believing you're buying a custom cam -you're not). For another ~$30 more, a custom cam would be ideal.
A Vortech SC or Paxton Novi 1000 are both entry level blowers in the same price range. A Vortech S trim would be the next step up and is a good blower also.
Go with a Pro-M meter to match whatever injectors you buy.
And I was assuming you were already mass air because the E cam isn't SD friendly.
