5.0 gt40 crate vs holley syste

A perfectly balanced stock rebuilt lower end with the holley sysytemaxII or the 5.0 gt40 crate engine with 345 hp and a performer rpm intake. WHATS YOUR CHOICE?????? everyday driver with weekend trips to the strip these are my last two choices I'm ready to buy and really would appreciate your opinions thanx <edited><editID>olb55</editID><editDate>38014.7659490741</editDate></edited>

depends on the buildup of the balanced one really. If it's good quality stuff then I'd go with that.
