How do you guys think it will sound with stock headers, I just got the H pipe (just the H pipe though) and flowmasters. I dont know what series flowmasters they are. Do you think they will still sound good?

oh yeah it will still sound really good i only have the stock shorties on mine and it sounds great

your car doesnt come with stock headers, it comes with exhaust manifolds, i still have that on my car and it sounds awesome, whats better mac or bbk and 14 guage or 16 guage?

do headers effect the sound of your exhaust. I mean like from stock shorties to mac shorties?

headers make it sound deeper, and give you more hp then the stock exaust manifolds.

who doesnt have stock headers? as far as i know the 84 came with stock shorties on it everyone i have seen have them, even the ones wtih the stock twin drivers side exhaust pipes

All I have to say is GOOD LUCK! I have a 88 GT AOD w/ mac lt's, mac pro chamber, and flowmaster american thunders. They are difficult to install and the exhaust is going to hang really low.. but they do sound great lol. I can post a small video but its not what its going to sound like because I had all kinds of vacuum leaks going on when I took it.
