What are these parts?
What are these parts?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/87-93...ayphotohosting
specifically, what is the white box
(mounted at the top of the clutch pedal)
and the black rectangular box, with the 1 white and 1 green connector?
(mounted in the dash above the glove compartment)
What do green connectors mean (ive seen a few in my car)?
I found these in my 87GT convt 5 speed Speed density, power everything, cruise control.
I think the white is the cruise control box and the black is the blower motor resistors.
Can anyone confirm this?
I have more pix from my car, but this ebayer's pix are okay

RE: What are these parts?
I'd also like to know what the two green ones on the right are for as well; I've seen one under the steering column, by my fuse box. I don't think it was plugged into anything [&:]
Anyone know?

RE: What are these parts?
The one with the Braket is the Fuel Pump Relay which goes under seat. The black boxy looking one is the Map sensor it looks like, The two green ones look like either Turn signal relays or wiper relays either under hood or on the driver side colum.

RE: What are these parts?
The white box mounted up under the dash by the console (clutch and brake side) is the headlight and key reminder chime. Not sure about the black boxes but the relays are from next to the pump (up and down control) for the convertible top. Under the bag (out of sight) where the top fold down into the well. You can see them if you take the back trim panel out of the trunk on your vert.
