Little difference between Equal and un equal, but ever little bit counts with the most HP going to Long Tubes! If I was from the US of A I would buy some BBK Equal Lengths (Chrome) then send them off for a Jet Hot Coating they will last you forever!

If you go with long tubes and your not pushing enough power you will loose low end.

i agree with schwindty. go with shorty or equal, minus the long tubes, long tubes sound nice until your rpms get high and since there not equal it kinda sounds not right, dunno how to explain it. id go with shorty headers or equal length, if you have the money to spend go with Bassani, if not BBK's next, Mac = the less expensive way.

when i do either rebuild my engine or drop a diff one in, im going to go with bassani shorty headers, not sure which brand mid-pipe and dont really matter as long as its 14 gauge and 2.5". then im going to go with a 2 chamber flowmaster muffler and 3" tips.

Some people say that your spark plugs are harder to change w/ the E/L shorty's. I would go w/ BBK U/L or FRPP stainless steel. You can get the FRPP shorty's Jet-Hot coated from summit for $310.
