And Im spending that much because EVERYTHING on the car is being replaced. I mean EVERYTHING! So its costing me alot of dough, a brand new motor, paint, body, interior, rear, suspension, fuel system, ignition, and tranny isnt cheap you know. I would like to finish it by the end of 2020

That sucks! Thank god my girlfriend loves Stangs. She does get tired of watching me work on it (she offers to help but I wont let her touch it lol) but I just need to take a day off once in a while and spend some time with her and than shes OK. Yes, its basically a COMPLETE resto. I do have pics but Im at work right now and I'm leaving directly from work to go to my mountain house for the weekend. If you PM me on monday I will def post some pics!

there is this stuff from permatex that is metal filler. i used it to close up a holes in the back of the heads. when you mix it together its as hard as metal they claim and can be tapped and drilled if needed. the could work possibly
Where can I get this stuff

Go to Home Depot, and rent a Lincol welder. If you use filler or any sort of puddy, the vibrations and stuff like that will loser those out and make em fall off or pop them back up.

Spot welding them is the best way to go. I want to do that too, but man thats alot of work when you aint got no space or have the ability to be with out your car =P

It'll look extremely nice though man, I've seen some of those done on the mustang mags and they look so clean with all of the junk gone =)
