Default engine rebuild

im rebuilding my engine main + rod bearings, oil pump + shaft, rings, all seals + gaskets. but im not shure what kind of bearins to get i see ones that say 1/2 groove, 3/4 groove, full grovve. what do i get? also what rings i see different sizes like 1/16 1/16 3/16 or 5/64 5/64 3/16 ect what do i get and it needs to handle NOS. also i asked before but couldnt find the post what oil pump and shaft to get? i need to know to order parts tomorrow

If you want the engine to handle NOS use a forged piston. Whoever makes the pistons will know what rings to use. I would use a Moly type ring myself.
i like the full groove style main bearings in some thing that feirly soft if using a cast crank anfd fairly hard if using forged crank........
