Default KOER Code 44

I'm still banging my head against the wall, and annoying everyone who will listen.

I'm getting a code 44 during the KOER test. the problem is that everything works properly.

Tested the dump and diverter valves (OK)

New smog pump (the old one was OK)

Electrical checks out OK

Solenoids work (7 ohms resistance)

No vacuum leaks

I recently had Carsound 93515 cats installed (eliminated the pre cat)

I've been told that the O2 sensors are a little slow, could this affect it?

I need help on this one...

Thanks

As amazing as this sounds, do you have an Autozone near you? They can give you a free print out on how to test for that specific code and the couple times I have used it, it led right to problem.

Good luck
