my oil pressure is running under half way on my guage. is this normal?</P>

forgot to mention that my baby is a 93GT. only mechanical upgrades are 1.6 rockers and oil cap breather.

the oil pressure gauges are not very accurate from the factory . i more like the presure or there not ,

yes..I would however buy a set of mechanicial oil-temp gauges there well worth the $$$$ so you can keep an eyes on things<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley14.gif border="0">

40 would be nice after it warmed up anything 15 or lower you need to address the problem

the more the better, the stock pump can not over pressure your engine dont worrie about tomuch just dont let it go lower than 15 like Vfast said, if it is fluxuatingget it looked at.mine would go 0-80at idle then the oil pump just quit pos fms crap.

My oil pressure is 70psi at start up and 50psi at idle warmed up.I have a high volume pump from melling and i run 20/50 oil.</P>

hmm, my stock guage doesnt show numbers. would it be correct to assume that 15 psi is the red?
