A combination of parts that will work good together makes a quick car. What kind of heads, intake, cam you got?

Try getting a dyno tune with a custom chip.

what kind of chips are the best? like a diablo or something? youre not talking about a programmer, right? like a custom burned chip? should i expect a good power increase? thanks for replying bro....

Well I dont have much experience with chips but I hear a lot about JET and Diablo. They will make you a custom one on the dyno and program it for the fuel and air ratio and such. After tunes you usually discover a lot of hp that was being wasted away, depending on what you got. You should be making somewhere are 350 rwhp with the set up. Prices are a little steep for the dyno tune but you will be much more satisfied afterwards. No not a programer by the way, chip. Good luck with the car.

Also check all your wires, cap & rotor, fuel filter, air filter and make sure your headers are nice and tight. I saw the part about the missing. Also have you checked your timing? And last you should look into what you should gap your sparkplugs at. Definitaley check your sparkplug wires if they touched the headers then its time for new ones cause they melt super quick. Even if you headers look tight they may be loose so its worth checking using a wrench.

dude the wires are really close to the headers and ill check all of that. i was thinking about getting a custom chip from diablo. what do you do,just call them and tell them all your mods? i know the timing isnt right and the vacuum hoses are somewhat out-of-whack. there is a t behind the intake. one hose is missing, one goes to the pcv i think and one goes somewhere else. somr on the throttle body are unhooked and blocked off too. does this sounf bad? i know squat bout this stuff and i appreiciate the help...thankx
