Default Which octane?

What octane gas should I be using in my 90Gt. I have tried them all but do not feel a difference.

If u wanna bump the timing up a bit, you will need to run higher octane, if your timing is set at 10, then regular is fine.

higher octane is more or less like a fuel injection cleaner. The higher the octane you go, the hotter you run the engine. If you have a stock stang, dont waste money on higher octanes, your car will run just fine on 87

The higher octane helps prevent detonation, so it won't help you unless you've bumped your timing up past 13-14....
