Time to start the conversion on from speed density to MAF. Which kit is the best to buy for the $$$.

 

DO NOT buy a kit,
Shop on ebay, I bought my computer(a9l) and a granetelli harness for about 150 bucks,
then i bought my mass air sensor, for 150 or soo , its alot cheaper to wait for wat you want and then bid on it.

 

I have a spare A9S Computer, sell it to you cheap.

Then all you need is the Maf sensor, and connector.

i just got the mass air system, computer and harness from an 89 5.0, what else am i gonna need to be able to switch my speed density over?

 

So computer, harness and sensor, anything else? Any specific year cars work/not work. I'm assuming up to '93 your ok. Don't like the cost of those $500 kits.

 

Thats it, all you need is the computer MaF sensor, Harness and Computer. Oonly the 89-93 Mustang have MAF. So if you can find a donor car and pull those parts off and youll be done.

Yeah, i bought the conversion harness on eBay and then bought an A9L computer and MAF. But probably won't end up using the MAF at cause it's stock and won't convert until I put my 347 in. PM if you need a MAF, CHEAP.
