hey bro i had the same exact problem and it got kinda old i replaced the cap and rotor and coil and still the same damn thing happened...well i decided instead of replacing the whole fuel system..i would try a cleaner...use red line complete fuel system cleaner works awsome....now it fires on the first time everytime...now you dont have you go threw the headach i did hopefully it works

replacing the fuel pump will replace the check valve
