slide hammer to get the throwout bearing out... and a clutch usually comes w. the alignment tool, just a lil splined tool that holds the clutch centered when you bolt it and the pressure plate on

should replace the rear main while ur there.. last thing u want is to replace the clutch and then have the rear main for the next month or even 6 months later

cant comment on anything but the subframes but I got charged $140 for mine, I thought it was a little much but they were willing to take it right than and there and pick it up in 2 hours so I went with it.
