That looks bad, but the sooner you get them off the better. They have the same problem with locust in east Arkansask, but they are alot larger. I have been driving and it sounds like it is pouring rain and when you stop at a gas station everything is covered with them.

I live in FL also, just clean them off like you would wash the rest of your car. I find that to be the easiest and cheapest way. The bug remover at autozone works well but you will need so much of it that you r better off just using soap and water.

I work at a car wash/detail shop at Ford in Florida. The easiest way is to use a hose/pressure washer and spray off most of the body as possible. Make sure they are wet, keep soaking them for like 10-15 minutes. this softens them up pretty good to get them right off.

They also say wet them, wet dryter sheets, and scrub. Never tried but have read/heard this everywhere.

P.S. that is bad but u wudnt believe the amount of bugs we see. 2in thick layer of those bastards.

Love bugs suck big time. The worst part is that they have no natural enemy (other than the front of a vehicle) and keep reproducing. They used to just be in central Florida, but they are making their way south. Best thing to do is to get them off ASAP, don't let it wait. Also, if you know you are going to be on the highway, wax at least the front of the car, it will help. Those bugs suck, and you can thank the University of Florida for them, idiots.

We have the exact same problem here in Hattiesburg, MS. In case you're not sure where this is, it's located about 60 miles north of Biloxi/Gulfport, Mississippi. I hate that mother well you know the rest. They kill the paint on the front of the car. [:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

Ain't that the truth. Are you a Tiger fan? I lived in Baton Rouge for two years before I got activated with the Army. I'm a Ole Miss Rebel fan. I do like the Tigers though. I'm an SEC fan.

i really dont care who wins lol im not a huge sports fan. i hunt,fish, but more of this car stuff now and alot of working lol
if the saints win, i say wow they won a game, they will lose the next one LOL

I was born and raised in Mississippi, but I love the Saints with my soul. I want to see the Saints win a Super Bowl before I die. I have followed them Since the 1970's thanks to my grand dad. He was a huge Saints fan. I would give away everything I own to be able to say My SAINTS are SUPERBOWL CHAMPS. I know it's stupid, but damn it I love them.
