All this happened in like 150 miles of road, from I-95 to 528 to the turnpike to I-75.








Does anyone know some good stuff or chemicals to get the bugs of the front??? these things are a pain to get off.

Love bugs suck a**. They will eat the paint of your sh*t.They have high level of acid in there blood.The bastards come out every may down there. So glad I dont live down there anymore.

 

I work for a rental car company, and we get a lot of bugs on the front of our cars, we usually spray them down with citrus, scrub with a brush, then power wash and most of the time they all come off. They do sell bug remover at parts stores

I hate it too, my 92 is just as bad...

I had just washed, clayed, and waxed the whole car then was slaughtered by those bugs when I took the car out on I4 for only 8 miles and it honestly was just as bad as yours. I got them off of my hood so it won't eat my paint away, but my bumper is going in for new paint on Tuesday.

I use Turtle-Wax Bug & Tar and it works awesome if you just take your time with a towel.

Also a car wash has a special chemical they use that works quite well if you don't mind going there and paying $15 that is...

wet a dryer sheet and see how that does...its worked for me. take 5 sheets and get them real wet and use it like a scrubber...even on the paint..wont hurt it! have fun
my mom and sis just got back from homo land over there in flordia and they said the love bugs followed them over there lol
