I don't remember what magazine, some sorta mustang magazine, had a project car from like 1999 to 2001 or something. They called it the purple pavement eater. It's new owner is in my local mustang club here in Iowa, and he's selling it. He wants 15,500$ for it. Just figured you guys would like to see it. It's a supercharged 331, 15lbs boost, supposedly pushing over 600 rwhp



That was from our car show yesterday, I saw it in person. Looks OK, paint job could be better though for 15 grand lol.

yea I don't remember exactly either, it's got a lot of stuff done though. 5 lug swap, some sorta austrailian racing wheels. 2001 cobra seats I think, 6 point cage, 31 spline mosers, bunch of other stuff. do some googlin maybe you can find a write up on it.

i started looking at the pictures adder and i was thinking why why why why? then i saw the engine thats why. haha if it was just a normal 2.8 i would say burn it to the ground fukking devil car

 

wonder what it feels like to kick the back end out on the thing
with all that power AND all the wieght of the engine back there.
bet it gets sideways and nasty REALLY quick if you dont watch it. lol
