Hi everyone! I have a bit of a dilemma that I feel someone here can help me with. This site was highly recommended by some Stang owners at my buddy's shop.



A couple of years ago, my father had his car (1993 VW Passat GLS VR6) painted a royal purple that we chose from the 1995 (I believe) Ford body paint book available at body shops. Now, he needs touch-up paint from Ford & I can't remember the name of the paint!!! I'm sure that if I heard it again I'd remember it.



Again, it was a Ford 1995 royal purple color (I may be off by a year or 2). This colour is an unmistakable purple & I am almost positive I saw this color on a Stang. I also think that I MAY have seen the same colour on the Probe GT or Escort Wagon.



Can anybody help!!!

there are paint shops that can scan the color with a computer and mix the color for you. Just take off the Gass door and find a place that can do it.
