rebuid it for less than 20 bucks........go to advanced and get the bushings,or you can do like some and if you have some bearings laying around, replaced the worn out bushings in the motor with them.they will fit tight, and you need three. also, they claim to "not sell" a rebuild kit for the convertible rear windows, just so yall know,the front window rebuild kit works on them too..........
it only takes 5 minutes to rebuild your motor once it is out bro,take the 3 screws out and it is self explanitory from there..........good luck
