i'm thinking about adding a 100 shot when I get the dyno done. What does a system like that go for, the easy system not the complicated one (dry or wet?)

I say 400+ hp and torque, I cant wiat to hear. I just finished my 347 set up and have driven it about 250 miles so far, and doing the fine tuning as I go, but mines carbuerated so no hard to do. I have RPM alluminum2.02heads, Hurricane intake, 750 DP carb, Eagle rotating assembly 10.5 compression, roller rockers, .558 lift, long tube headers,World class5 speed and 3.73 rear with a 7,000 revlimiter,I was making around 350 hp with my 306, now it seams like a big difference in both touque and hp. I can't wait till I twist it hard! BTW why a limit at 6,000? Your set up should see 6500+

 

I bought the car with the MSD already installed. funny thing is that the factory tach goes well beyond 6000 when i punch it down the street. I dont think that crap works but maybe the tach is off by a little. I have all eagle rotating assembly as well. you really think it will be over 400? damn man thanks for the optimisim. Friday I will post my numbers I really hope i'm over 400 with the all the money that I dumped into this engine.its way faster than my buddies cobra for sure. I raced his 03 and I dogged him.

 

I'm talking at the motor of course, probably around 375 rwhp and 390 turque, keeping my fingers crossed. I lost to a LT1 Trams am with a 150 shot a month ago,he had me by a car length in 3rd,went home and the next day yanked the motor out to go to a 347, I'm going to drive another 200 mile between now amd saturday, then go looking for him and his 2 other Trans am buddies, I have 347 inches to shove up his...........!
