I'd say its worth $3,400, its good a nice base of mods. Looks pretty clean and has pony wheels. Does it have any rust? check the floor boards, under the doors on the inside bottom and hatch, plus rocker panels, check hood allingment to see if its been wrecked in the front. you can get a 140 speedo of Ebay for $100

 

yea but i was told that all 91 5.0 have 140 speedo's and sport seats and they said this has 4cyl seats..any thoughts on this?

well i checked the vin on carfax and it says its a factory 5.0
