Divorce is finally over, had to sell the '97 4.6 vert. I bought a new toy today and I need some advcie. I found an 84 vert cheap, 302 CFI, AOD. I want to switch to a carb setup, change cam, shorty headers, etc. What do I have to do to get rid of the throttle body setup without screwing things up electronically? I don't want to throwcrazy money at it, but I would like to go a little faster and I hate the CFI setup.
