will cops really notice/care if your driving with slicks on the street? compared to the drag radials that have 2 lines in the tire lol

 

cops around here wouldnt, but each place is different

 

I'd notice and if you were driving an LS1, I'd care.

 

i found the perfect size tire that wont stick out with my 4.5" backspacing but its a slick not D.O.T .....................everything d.o.t is either way too wide or way too skinny.


for wear on the street would i slick or d.o.t slick wear out faster? or will it be the same

slicks on the street wont last long, drag radials dont last to much longer...its the rubber compound. one drop of water+slicks=disaster

 

so me going in the burnout box = disaster[&:][8D]

 

Why dose it matter the car cant move itself yet anyway

 

and a 351 in there with 5" wide rear tires wont move either

 

slicks with the suspension u have in mind is just an accident waiting to happen on the street especially with an unexperienced driver
