I have had X2 Cervini 3" cowl for fox's & X2 Harwoods, 3" cowl & just installed a 4" cobra R on my 95 GT. The Harwoods had and inch of extra material that needs to come off! (I dont recall this on the Cervini) But both are 1st class and fit almost perfectly if you takesome pride and install them right.

I am pretty sure they are the only 2 that have finished under sides for in the $500/$600 range.

Since your thread onlysaysCervini or Harwood I take you've made up your mind and you not open for other suggestions for other quality hoods then?

Not a great pic, but here's a 3" pin on cowl hood from Harwood. Does need to be trimmed slightly because it sits a tad higher than the fenders, but outside of that fitment is pretty darned good. To be as light as it is, it holds up fairly well. Apparently, this one has came off the car twice when the pins came out. All it has is a busted corner and a chip on the cowl. Easily fixed. Didn't even crack.

cervinis is expensive, but their quality is amazing. you can basically take it out of the box, bolt it on and your good to go...unless you wanna paint it first[&:]

edit: the gap from the hood and the fenders is cause the hood is popped, just so you dont think its bad lol

I think Cervini's is junk after having side scoops from them for my S197 that decided to fly off the car because of cheap fit and quality. Anyway, their customer service is **** and they wouldn't even sell me one scoop by itself after the dam thing flew off. Then they had the gracious courage to ask "Would you like to purchase a new set?"... RIGHT... Anyways that ended any further relations with that company...

JMO and experience, +1 if you've had a good one but mine was more than terrible especially dealing with who I talked with.
