My buddys got a 99 Cobra. His mods are mufflers and he says a chip but he told me hes pushing 491hp 2 tha tires. LOL even 491hp at the crank would have made me laugh.

Does he have a supercharger or spray? If you know he's full of it challenge him, otherwise be careful, you'd look dumb by patronizing him before a race and then he has5busses on you by the top of 2nd
