the dumb$$$ tried creeping on me after staging and redlit. one of these days those guys will learn that no matter what they do it wont help them beat me to the other end of the track. there is alot of them savingh up for spray just to get me, but little do they know the 347 stroker isnt very far away. we had a formula club come to the track 2 weeks ago, 12 cars total and they all came in single file and parked by each other. my buddies told me to go tease em so i walked over and asked who had the fastest car out of them all. one guy said he did and i said good, lets line em up soi can run you down and that will save me the time with the rest of your gang. outran him by a car length and the rest of the night they wouldnt even look at me.

well, about the same but i installed my cage and lost alot of time due to the added weight and stock springs which made me fall back into the high 12s but after the drag spring install and timing bump for race fuel i gained my times back to mid 12s and that was with very humid conditions. i cant wait for a good night with some dryer air and temps in the 70s range. here lately its been in the 90s with humidity in the 90 percentile range.[:'(]

wish i were too but too far and im gonna be real busy. im hoping to set up a mustang forums weekend at the track at home this winter. i think it would be good for everyone since most guys up north cant run on the track during the winter because of the weather conditions. im thinking of a dinner meet andrace onon friday night in baton rouge, thencruise day on saturday to the no problem raceway in belle rose which is an hour and a half awayand then everyone race in the headsup event saturday night like the one i posted in this section earlier today. we might even try to arrange for it to be on the weekend of dec. 8 because pinks ultimate will be there that weekend.
