Default What size wheels?

Well it looks like as soon as I get my clutch and rear main done I'm gonna start saving for some new shoes. I'm lookin at chrome 18" saleens. I can either run 18x9's all around, or put 18x10's out back. With 18x10s I can run MT 305/35-18s if I remember correctly. Now I'm not sure if those would fit in the wheel wells? but they fit the tire. So 18x9's or 18x10s? Anything specific I need to know for backspacing and what not?

Stick w/ the 17's. The 18's will not only have fittment issues, but will look retarded.

I wouldn't go more than 275's in the rear, and 18's only fit when the car isn't lowered, most have problems with 17's if lowered rubbing the fenders

If you think this car looks retarded, you need to have your prescription checked...

Agree!!

Look, it's your car. Do w/ it what you want. If that's what you like, go for it. You asked for opinions, we gave them. Simple as that. Not everyones taste is the same.

Where did I ask for opinions? I asked whether to run an 18x9 or 18x10 because of fitment issues, I don't recall asking if you liked the 18'"s. But yea ur right, everybody has different tastes.

So back to the main topic, 18x9's or 10"s for sake of fitting and clearing everything?

how bout backspacing. On american muscle, the 18x9 says it has backspacin of 5.85", or 149mm.. offset of +24mm. Is that anywhere near right?
