Nightmare Continues

So after a week i got everything my new tko 600 in the car and exaust fixed. Take it for the test drive and everything seems to be going alright. Then i get to fourth and it pops outta gear when off the gas. So i get it home and call my mechanic, pretty much tells me thats its tremac's fault and its missing someting in the transmission (dog clip??). So now i gotta call tremac tomorrow, and am probably gonna have to send it back and get a new one. Whohoo another month without my car.[:@]

Ive been without my car since March so I know how that is.
Its one setback after another it seems.

Before you call them, did your "mechanic " use a dail indicatorto index thebell housing you should know, you should of bought the indexing dowl pins when you bought the trans right.If not, your out of aligment thats why its popping out of gear?Dont ask me howI know maybe just after installing about 100 of them over the last tens years you learn a couple of things.
