i think im gettin screwed...UPDATE!!! GO GO GO
so as some of you might know my car is in the shop gettin a rebuilt tranny, new clutch, new flywheel and they are fixing the slip yoke...got the bill today and heres the breakdown...i could have baught an all new aluminum driveshaft including slip yokefor less than what he charged to mess with the stupid slip yoke...and a stock clutch for $248...wtf

What exactly was wrong with the transmission?
Thats where they seemed to rip you off. A rebuild shouldnt cost that much.
www.danddperformance.com sells rebuilt T5's for your car for $999.
They also have a King Cobra clutch for $179.

the tranny wasnt being rebuilt...we replaced it with a rebuilt one...and the one from dd isnt a direct replacement...its actually just a tranny form a fox with a shorter input shaft...its not a direct replacement...other things have to be done

i replaced my clutch for 210... and its a spec
im rebuilding my trans for 200.
just turned the flywheel-free, or 30 bucks for the general public
and the tow charge sounds about right ... my shop tows aswell and thats about what it costs
and slave cylinder? yall have hydrolic clutches? **** THAT, lol
