I have a BBK catted X, I got the loudmouth 1's and they have a very different sound. I do like it, my family, neighbors and dogs don't like it.

I bought the loudmouth 2 mufflers and just switched them out. They have baffles in them unlike 1's that are straight through. It is just not loud enough, not even as loud as my flows. Do you think if I swapped the catted X for my old off road H it will make it louder. I might just be putting the 1's back on.

Did forget to mention that the 1's were used and worked in and the 2's are brand new and may need to be worked in.

i wanna hear the beast, im thinkin about puttin some cherry bomb dual chambers or some flowmaster single chambers with my bassani xpipe. and to answer ur question i think it would be louder with the cats off i have none and shes pretty loud with no cats and 2 chamber flows

Yea i would say just stick with the LM1's if you need the cats.. If not change to an off-road h or x, your preference, and try the LM2's.. You can always swith back the mufflers.. And lets hear that thing roar man..[sm=smiley20.gif]

Well if you break in the 2's its only gonna get quieter, my lm1's got alot quieter after a month or so.
