Anyone know where the AC relay is found on a 1991 GT, AC comes on when wired direst to battery, all fuses are good??

Sure the problem isn't the pressure switch at the dryer or just a lack of refridgerant.

There is a WOT cutoff of switch, I think it is located on the passenger fenderwell somewhere, but yea, like Zach said, have you check the low pressure relay?

I am having the same problem.... I can bypass my pressure switch (I know I have 32 psi at 1500-2k rpm of refrigerant) and never get my clutch to kick in. But I can straight wire it to the batt and it comes on and blows ICE cold. Mine is a 91 LX 5.0

could be a bad low pressure switch, can you jump the wires at the switcha nd see if it works?
