Default I am about to remove my fender

Well I am about to remove my front fender. Do I have to take the bumper off or can I get the fender off with the bumper on?

The bumper can stay on.
The inner fender needs to come off though.

Was it hard to get to any of the screws holding the fender on? I dont think it will be that hard to take off... but I have never done it before so i am not sure

At the front theyre nuts and some of the studs backed out of the back of the header panel.
Theyre a little tough to get at but not terrible.
Dont forget the bolt in the door jamb.

When I remove the fender I loosen the front bumper. There are two L brackets on top that need to be loosened and 4 bolts on the bottom that hold on the air deflector. Once you remove those you can slide the bumper forward and have plenty of room to get the fender out without messing up the window trim or paint. As far a fender bolts goes there is 7 I think that connect the fender to the bumper, three along the top, one at the bottom and one in the door jamb. You also have to remove about 5 screws holding the inner fender in place.

Good.
Why exactly did you need to take it off?
Mine were rusted from the inside out and on the edges by the wheels.
