hey all, i'm new to the 5.0, i used to have a 03 gt. I'm about to pick up a 89 notch and was wondering what you think its making for power. the mods are as follows...
302 block bored .030 over aka 306
Roush 200 cast iron heads- 64 cc combustion chamber, 2.02/1.60 valves
1.6 ratio aluminum rocker arms
70 mm BBK Power Plus throttle body & spacer
75 mm Pro-M Mass Air for 24 pound injectors
FMS 24 pound fuel injectors
BBK Cold Air Intake
FMS F303 Camshaft
Typhoon Power Plus Upper & Lower Intake
BBK Long Tube's
BBK O/R X

thats about it, if you guys could give me a guess that would be greatttt, btw its a 5spd.
That's VERY close to my set-up. Mine makes 300rwhp and around 320 ftlbs. You should be close to 300rwhp if not higher with a good tune.
I have Edelbrock heads instead of Roush and some other brands are different but the parts are similar.
