timing advice??

Default timing advice??

i have a 88 gt 5 speed and i have my timing set at 14 degrees and i am runniing 93 octane and still feels kinda sluggish. should i runmore or less timing or more or less octane? thanks.

Ive got mine at 14* but some people have told me to bump it up to around 18*.

is it a stock engine ? i think 18 is way to high either way i would not go past 14 ......

Do you have to change the gap on your plugs when u advance your timing?
