quick tire question
will 275/40r17's fit on my stock rear wheels?
my only worry is that they may be too wide for the wheel.
i got them for free and if they fit im gonna put my car in a local burnout contest and burn my old ones off.
ive got the stock 17's that came with my car.
thanks for the help!

RE: quick tire question
they should be 8 inch rims. the largest you can go on that 8' rims is a 275. however, 245 are the correct rim for a 8' rim. the 275 is going to sit up tall and not stretch out all. 275's are meant for 9 inch rims but i know people who do put them on 8' rims. i'm guilty of it when i first bought my car. i have the same model and color 95gt. i'm have 245/40/18 with a 8' rim in the front and a 295/35/18 with a 10' rim in the rear. i had to do some modifying to make them fit.

RE: quick tire question
The stock 17's on a 94-95 should be 9"wide and therefore 275's should be fine.
But, the wheels pictures are stock 96-98 GT rims, not 94-95 rims,so they are 17x8 or 17x9. Look around on the internet for the exact specs.
