at first i bet their are, but i willing to bet they use slight bit of hard foam and plastic and or aluminum than put batting over the whole thing. and if you know anything about upholstry batting...it wears out extremely quickly and gets very uncomfy very fast

ahh, I will just stick to my stock seats for now... they are still in good condition, I would rather spend the money elsewhere
