Default Should i buy it???????

1987 GT, T-Tops, 100,000 miles,

The Good:

Pretty much all new suspension: new Shocks/Struts, Ford racing springs, isos,
All new brakes
5 lug conversion W/ Black 03 cobra wheels/new tires
Recently Rebuilt Rear
Welded in Sub-frame connectors
UD pullies
BBK CAI
Shorty headers w/flowmaster catback
Short Throw Shifter
2.5" Cowl hood
Saleen spoiler

The Bad: Pretty much all apearance but a lot of it, and this stuff that needs to be replaced im judging harshly, like its not too bad but i would definetly want to replaced it so im making it a must if i want to buy it. Car is a little banged up in general.

Needs:
Front and Rear bumper replaced
New Headlights, Foglights, Tailights
Paint Job- badly

The cowl hood is unpainted and a little beat up, the hatch on there now with the spoiler is unpainted because the stock black one started to rust so he put a newer one on there, he is including the old one with glass. Hes also giving me the stock hood which i would put back on until i can paint the car w/ the cowl on it. Ricer taillights on there need to go, he has the stock ones but one of them has a crack in it. Headlights looks like $#!@. He sanded the front bumper but its still is a little bent and id defiently want a new one. Exhaust cutouts on the back bumper look like crap so ill need a new rear bumper. The wheel spacing on the front from the 5-lug conversion lookslike the wheels stick out too far.I checked for rust under the car and it looked pretty good under there, i need to bring back a flashlight if i go back to get a better look but there wasnt anything too bad under there. Doors swung pretty good and the lines didnt look too bad nothing that screamed accident or beaten on.

As it sits i could get it for around 2200
