Ok, there are two options here. Go to Autozone and buy a scanner for $30 (yes, that's how cheap they are and almost every parts place has them.) Here's a link to the scanner here, direct from Auto Zone.
Or two, do it yourself for free using a peperclip or small piece of wire. That's all there is to it.

They have it and can do it, no one there probably knew how, when i worked at autozone i was the only one there who knew how to do it. Get the cheap one from summit its nice because it reads the code number. The autozone ones just beep like your trying to decifer morse code.
